As a lead designer in highly regulated, mission-driven fintech, I built design practice from 0-1 in an early-maturity organization with product and engineer counterparts, scaled a frictional regulatory experience into elegant, in-product experience that grew and retained more customers with mutual trust.

As a manager, I hired and mentored the team’s first early-career product designer, operationalized design practice further in the product domain, supporting 6 product managers and 4 program managers.

I advocated early on to bring content design to the team, and made org-wide efforts to prove the business case.
