  • 7+ years of designing product experience, 5+ years focusing in fintech

  • Work in highly collaborative global teams across US and EU timezones, building rituals both in-person and asynchronously.

  • 1.5 years in hiring and directly managing early career designer

  • Launch proof of concept to validate new initiative that addresses business’s new customer segment

  • Conduct independent research and take ownership of projects

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. I create decision memos, funnel observation, insight documents that onboarded scaled team 5x of its original size.
